1. Use of the service

You must create an account to access the private activity recorder. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Your data

GPS tracks and metadata you save are stored in association with your user account for the purpose of providing the service. Public share links, if you create them, allow read-only access to a copy of the activity you selected — use sharing carefully.

3. Outdoor safety & accuracy

GPS and mapping data are indicative only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for navigation in remote or hazardous areas. You use the tool at your own risk when hiking, running, or travelling outdoors.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is”.
